Weekly RV Round up
Weekly RV Round up

🚨 RV Safety Alert! 🔧🔥Your weekly RV recall roundup just pulled in—and this one’s all about fuel leaks and potential engine stalls. That’s a double no-thank-you when you’re cruising down the highway in your home-on-wheels! 🛻💥

👀 Heads up if you’re rolling in a 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, or 2025 Reatta XL—especially if you’ve got that Cummins L9 diesel engine. Jayco’s issuing a recall for a defect that could cause fuel filter hoses to disconnect, leading to fuel leaks and stalls. And yeah… that’s a fire and crash risk. No bueno.

🎯 What to know: NHTSA Recall ID Number: 25V205000
Manufacturer: Jayco, Inc.
Units Affected: 34
Component: Fuel System, Diesel

💡 What’s happening?
That remote fuel filter hose might pop right off its fitting. The result? Fuel spraying out + possible engine shutdown = danger zone.

🛠️ The Fix:
Cummins will replace the fuel hoses free of charge.
📬 Owner letters go out starting April 30, 2025.
📞 Call Jayco: 1-800-283-8267 or check with NHTSA directly at 888-327-4236 (TTY: 888-275-9171) or go to nhtsa.gov.

🧭 Stay safe out there—and don’t ignore those recalls. We see the worst of the worst when things go wrong. If your RV’s been in and out of the shop more than on the road… you might have a lemon. 🍋
